I bought a Diplomat dishwasher Model ADP 8352 a couple of years ago, and have had nothing but trouble with this make. The first machine was replaced under warranty. The second machine operated ok until the warranty expired and now it has started to play up. The service department insist that I pay the charge for an engineer to call and repair it. I feel that numerous engineer calls and two machines later there is a fundamental fault with this model.

    We’ve got a Diplomat ADP 8352.
It was brand new in our house when we moved in.
It has never gone 3 months without breaking down, luckily an insurance policy has covered it.
    Now broken down again, AAAaaaaaaaarrrrrgggggggghhhhhh.
    Absolute rubbish

Got something to say?
