First one broke in just 3 weeks. Turn the power on.. and cant select the programme - turn the power OFF AND YOU CAN! Now the water is being boiled inside the machine and I can hear it bubbling and gurgling. Got so hot its melted plastic coating on the kitchen unit and warped the wood! Rubbish. Dont bother! We have no space to fit anything bigger and our present one is 'giving up the ghost' and will need replacing.
